Orange crumbs are a dead giveaway that someone enjoys cheese-flavored crackers, while other keyboards may contain pieces of popcorn kernels or even gooey drops of old coffee. For those who would like to keep their snacking habits to themselves, Logitech has come up with a washable keyboard. It can not just be dusted or rinsed, but can be submerged in up to 11 inches of water.
Many of us have experienced the panic that sets in immediately when a drink is spilled on a keyboard. Well fear no more! This keyboard will even keep it’s new keyboard look after be scrubbed down. The key characters are laser printed and UV coated to help ensure the letters don’t fade in the wash, and they can last up to five million keystrokes.
This keyboard even has a clean setup. It works right out of the box, without the need of any software to make it work. Just take it out, plug it in, type away, and spill a soda or 2.
